With height‑adjustable rotating trolleys and smooth plate‑loaded resistance, it allows you to train the way you want—whether you’re doing strength work, functional movements, or accessory training.

This trainer includes dual 20cm plate-loading pegs on each side, allowing up to 100kg of loading per side with a 2:1 cable ratio. It comes with adjustable-length webbing strap handles for comfortable and versatile cable exercises.

To keep your space tidy, the rear of the machine features four 20cm storage pegs that can hold approx 200kg of plates, depending on plate thickness. J hooks clip on easily and include PU barbell protection, and the included 20cm safety arms provide additional confidence during barbell work with roll-out protection and full padded contact surfaces.

A low row footplate is built in, giving you more exercise options without needing extra attachments. The machine also includes a landmine/Core Trainer, vertical barbell storage, and a multigrip pull-up bar for even more variety.

An overhead anchor point allows you to attach bands for assisted pull-ups or suspension-style training. Additional storage hooks at the rear keep resistance bands and cable attachments organised and within reach.
