Bo Staffs are the perfect introductory weapon for all ages. This Hex Shaped wooden staff is available in two lengths - 5ft & 6ft
Traditionally used in Japanese Martial Arts, the Bo Staff is used for striking, blocking and sweeping opponents. The Bo Staff is manufactured from strong red oak or beech
You should choose a staff that is close to your own height, unless you are training a specific style. The thinner or lighter a staff, the easier it will be to handle, and the faster it will manoeuvre through air. The 6-sided hex-shaped bo staff is uniquely different and provides greater grip.
