Station 1
Punch Bag Stand, best suited to a 4ft Punch Bag (4ft punch bag is an optional extra. It is NOT included in this package. If you wish to order with a 4ft punch bag, please select our package option that includes the 4ft bag.) This station is at the front of the stand.

Station 1 Height: The mount point for the punch bag station is 210cm from ground level

Station 2
Speed ball platform with speed ball included. This station is at the rear of the stand.

Station 2 Height - Platform height from ground level is 185cm. The centre of the speed ball when mounted to the platform is approx 156cm from the ground. The circumference of the inflated Speed Ball is 56cm

Station 3
Floor to ceiling ball with elastic straps (included)

Station 3 Height: Upper mount point for Floor to Ceiling ball is 196cm. The centre of the ball sits approx 112cm from the ground. The circumference of the inflated Floor to Ceiling ball is 66cm
