Cable Pulley System

The Cable Pulley System is an affordable and versatile cable weight system for functional strength training. A simple and universal design allows you to hang the pulley system from any load-bearing beam. Use on an existing power rack, or any structural beam or bar that can withstand the required load capacity. Includes 3 x handle types in an all-inclusive bundle: Double hand strap, Straight bar and Tricep Rope. Add your existing weight plates and the system is ready to use.

The system can be weighted using any Olympic weight plates (must feature 50mm collar opening), kettlebells or even a dumbbell. Load your desired weight onto the loading strap end of the cable, and attach your preferred handle accessory to the other end to begin your weight training.

For even more training variety, pair two cable systems together with the double pulley system package to create the Dual Pulley System. This setup unlocks symmetrical and opposing movement patterns that aren’t possible with a single pulley — think low rows, bicep curls, lateral raises and more. 

The design is highly portable, compact and can be set up or packed away in just 20 seconds. Perfect for any home gym or for light commercial gym use.
