Farmers Carry Walk Pair

The SMAI Farmers Walk has been designed for durability and practicality, each feature has been thought of with you in mind. It has a powder coat finish to help your grip and has been raised off the ground with front and rear sleds to ensure that you wont cause any injuries to your feet if dropped. Increase the load by adding Olympic weight plates to each upright post.
An exercise favoured by those in Strongman events, the Farmers Carry increases strength and helps you make gains in other areas of your lifting. The Farmer's Carry won't disappoint and provides a challenge to all.
