SMAI’s Knitted Resistance Bands are the perfect alternative to Rubber Resistance Bands. With latex rubber woven into the elasticized cotton, the band is more durable, comfortable, and washable. The red S is a light resistance knitted band with 10lb of resistance.

- Knitted rubber: for a non slip hold
- Machine washable: knitted poly-cotton easy care
- Reinforced seam: for unbreakable stretch
- Versatile 100cm length: suitable for full body resistance and assistance workouts
- Light resistance - S: 10lbs of resistance
- Available in 5 levels: from 10lbs to 100lbs
- Elasticated poly-cotton woven with latex rubber
- L 100cm x W 1.3cm x T 0.45cm
When used on an abrasive surface the bands can deteriorate quickly and snap. Bands should be inspected regularly for any visible wear and tear. In case of visible damage, please remove from use and replace immediately.
Bands are recommended to be used at a max. of 100% stretch (e.g. 100cm band should only be stretched to 200cm). Stretching beyond this limit is dangerous and not recommended
