Kung Fu Dummy - Freestanding

The SMAI Freestanding Kung Fu Dummy is constructed from high quality rosewood. The Kung Fu Dummy is an essential tool for Wing Chun training and conditioning, known as the Wooden Man or Wooden Dummy. It is the basic tool for the practice of all Wing Chun techniques until a point of proficiency.

All parts have a desired slight movement and have been constructed from high quality Chinese rosewood. Dummy height is adjustable via 3 height positions available on the uprights. Arms and Leg can be removed easily using the quick release locking pins in the rear of the dummy.

For extra durability three sections of wood are combined to make the centre pole.

The dummy is freestanding, however a wall fixing or floor fixing should always be used as a safety precaution against tipping.
