- Core Strengthening: Place the ball between your thighs or ankles during Pilates exercises to engage and strengthen core muscles.
- Balance Training: Incorporate the ball into balancing poses to increase stability and improve posture.
- Flexibility and Stretching: Use it as a support tool to deepen stretches and aid in flexibility exercises, particularly for the back and hips.
