The SMAI Pilates Chi Ball is a versatile, lightweight, and soft inflatable ball, designed to enhance your Pilates workout. It's perfect for providing resistance, improving balance, and enhancing coordination. Its textured surface ensures a firm grip and added comfort. Typically used in three ways:

  1. Core Strengthening: Place the ball between your thighs or ankles during Pilates exercises to engage and strengthen core muscles.
  2. Balance Training: Incorporate the ball into balancing poses to increase stability and improve posture.
  3. Flexibility and Stretching: Use it as a support tool to deepen stretches and aid in flexibility exercises, particularly for the back and hips.

Specifications:

  • Diameter: 45cm
  • Circumference: 90cm
  • Colour: Dark Grey/Black
  • Requires inflation - Pump not included, manual inflation only. Do not use an air compressor. Do not over inflate, ball is designed to be used soft and allowing deforming - this is normal. 
  • Ball may deflate over time. Do not over inflate. Ball should be soft and allow deforming when used.
