The SMAI Speed Rope with Plastic Handles is a high-quality entry-level speed rope designed for smooth, fast, and consistent rotations. Featuring a wrapped steel wire cable, it delivers excellent durability while maintaining a thin, aerodynamic profile that cuts cleanly through the air.

The plastic handles are fitted with a ball-bearing rotation system, allowing for increased speed and fluid movement with minimal friction. With an original rope length of 3 metres, the cable can be easily adjusted using the handle screws and permanently shortened by trimming excess wire to suit individual height.

Ideal for boxing, conditioning, and general fitness training, this speed rope offers reliable performance at an accessible price point.

Note: Speed ropes are designed for use on gym flooring or rubber tiles. Use on concrete, bitumen, or rough outdoor surfaces will significantly reduce cable lifespan.
