The SMAI 20kg Barbell has been manufactured with 8 needle bearings and 2 brass bushings, giving it the smoothness and quality expected by Olympic athletes and professional lifters.

Designed to be the highest performing barbell for its price, manufactured with Alloy steel with a hardened chrome finish, the barbell has a max load rating of 680kg and is rust resistant and maintenance free. The bar has both IWF Olympic and Power lifting markings on the shaft, and a unique nut-and-pin locking system that secures the sleeve with no play.

• Please note: Using Solid Steel plates on the barbell may strip the collar ridging over time. This may result in plates feeling loose when loading / unloading the bar over time. We recommend using Rubber Coated or Poly-Urethane plates with your barbell.
