Speed Rope - Cross Training Black Tapered Handle

One of the best skipping ropes in the SMAI range, featuring a lightweight high strength aluminium handle in black, length adjustable steel cable rope. The bearing is integrated into the handle, rather then at contact with the rope - meaning smoother motion and less friction on the rope. 3m in length for all heights and age groups, simply pull the rope through the hands and tighten the clamp screw to your length and remove any unwanted excess to give yourself a personalised rope length to suit your specs. High speed wire rope with bearing handles made from machined aluminium 17cm in length with a light Knurling Pattern on the handle.

Note: Speed cables are designed for use on gym flooring tiles. Usage on concrete, bitumen, hard ground / dirt will significantly decrease the life of a speed rope.

• All skipping rope cables are a consumable. Cables experience high wear ratings due to the force and speed at which they may hit the ground under normal use. Steel cables are longer lasting then plastic. Spare steel cables are available for purchase here if your cable has become worn down.
