Designed to allow gymnastic training using gym rings, the front uprights are extended to a height of 3.6m to give the height required for training with gym rings, while the rear uprights are a low-profile 2.3m height.Ā 

With an included pair of J-hooks, the rig can be used for a full range of weightlifting training programs or kitted out with whatever X-Frame accessories you need.Ā Ā
