The 15kg The Yard Barbell has been manufactured with 8 needle bearings and 2 brass bushings, giving it the smoothness and quality expected by Olympic athletes and professional lifters.

This bar has a 25mm shaft diameter and 200cm bar length to help drive performance and accuracy. The bar has both IWF Olympic and powerlifting markings on the shaft and has a max load of 450kgs.

• Please note: Using Solid Steel plates on the barbell may strip the collar ridging over time. This may result in plates feeling loose when loading / unloading the bar over time. We recommend using Rubber Coated or Poly-Urethane plates with your barbell.
