Used as a drop in post with bumper plates to create a stable platform for performing core training workouts with a barbell. Creating the iconic "landmine sweeper" look, simply insert the drop-in post into a stack of bumper plates, then insert a barbell into the open sleeve to perform core training workouts. To increase the challenge, add weight plates to the opposite barbell end. The classic landmine core trainer configuration allows a variety of core training movements.
