The Single barbell Handle is a landmine/core trainer accessory that can be used in tandem with a landmine/core trainer sleeve and a barbell. Attach your barbell into a secured landmine sleeve, then use this handle on the opposite end of the barbell to perform bent over single hand barbell raises. Increase the load by adding weight plates to the barbell.
