The SMAI Hip Thrust Utility Bench is an X-Frame Rig compatible Bench designed for Hip Thrusts, as well as a large range of other utilities.

The bench fits between two rig uprights, using the quick release and safety pin connection allowing you to adjust the height of the bench in seconds. Please note that this unit fits onto SMAI X frame Uprights (65mm x 65mm tube steel with 25mm Holes) and will fit into the standard SMAI Squat rack width of 1092mm (43\")
