Water Punching Bags

The SMAI Water Punching Bag is a great tool for all types of traditional striking giving very low swing by essentially absorbing the force within the bag itself. The water filling generates a very real sense of recoil and feeling that you would get from striking an opponent.

All bags come with commercial D-Shackle, Carabiner Clip and 6mm x 1m length of chain for mounting purposes and ship unfilled.

Filling: simply hang the bag, remove the valve with a Philips head screw driver and fill to weight with water and reinsert the screw plug to seal the Unit. Hose fitting would be recommended.
